How to Grow:

Inoculate the Grain Bag:
- Use a multi-spore syringe or liquid culture to inject into the injection port on the grain bag.
- Allow about 2-4 weeks for the grain to fully colonize.
- Watch for any signs of contamination during this stage.

Prepare for Substrate Inoculation:
- Break up the mycelium within the colonized grain bag.
- Choose a clean working area; consider using a Still Air Box or Flow Hood to minimize contamination.
- Quickly clean the grain and substrate bags with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
- Cut the top edge of both bags just below the seal.
- Using gloves, split half of the colonized grain into two substrate bags.
- Hold the substrate bag shut, leaving space to mix the substrate with the grain.

Prepare the Monotub:
- Fully clean the monotub with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry.
- Dump the substrate/grain mixture into the monotub.
- Place filters over the holes on the monotub lid and secure with clips.

Wait for Colonization:
- Allow 3-4 weeks for the substrate to fully colonize.
- Mushrooms will start fruiting once the substrate is completely colonized.

Harvest and Enjoy:
- Once the mushrooms start fruiting, you can harvest and enjoy them.
