Refund policy

Since the majority of our products are single-use, we do not allow returns. If you feel that the product was inferior or defective in any way please feel free to contact us directly at michael@midnightmushroomco.com and we WILL make it right.

Please keep in mind that we cannot offer replacements for products that have been opened and/or inoculated. Regardless of your confidence in the inoculant, we simply cannot offer a guarantee for our products after use. Please consider using agar plates to ensure the viability of your liquid culture, spore syringe or any other inoculant. Testing on an agar plate is the best way to ensure you're working with a clean culture.
